It is air-conditioned and has an independant gas heating, steam room/jacuzzi shower (in one), PLasma TV, Cable, leather sofa and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen facilities. Location - Right in the center of Mikolaev, on one of the main streets. It is on the top floor of a four story building.
