CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
At AccessCrimea, as we are simply an agent for the accommodations on our site, and do not own them ourselves, we have to work according to the rules set by each individual landlord/landlady or hotel manager. As a rule, the level of service in Crimea does not match that in the West, and sometimes accommodation owners can be less lenient about giving refunds than we would want them to be. However, as you are our client, our main aim is to keep you happy, and if any issues arise regarding making a cancellation or claiming a refund, we will do out very best to ensure your satisfaction.
To cancel a booking, please notify us by email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us in that time it is because we have not received your cancellation.
All cancellations made 14 days prior to the check-in date are usually subject to a full refund. For later cancellations, fees depend on the hotel or appartment cancellation policy solely. However, canceling your hotel at least 5 days prior to the check-in date you can be sure that cancellation fee would not exceed one night stay cost. For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date the cancellation fee will equal the sum of the deposit which equals the cost of 2 nights stay.
Train tickets - 50% of the train ticket cost is refunded, provided we receive the tickets no later than 10 days prior to the train trip. The Accesscrimea booking fee is non refundable.
Air tickets вЂ“ The air tickets refund policy depends on the Air company solely.
Please note: To cancel tickets they must be received by us no later than 10 days prior to the flight.

The refund amount (calculated based on the conditions above) will be credited back to your bank account (less transfer costs) within a week after cancellations are confirmed.
Changing a booking during your stay –
If you decide to change your booking during the stay we will do everything possible to satisfy the request. The amount that we will be able to refund you depends soley on the policy of the individual hotel or apartment. Generally during the off-season (October to April), accommodation owners are more inclined to give refunds in the event that you change your booking. During the high season (May-September), they tend to be more strict, as this is the time when demand exceeds supply. If you are not satisfied with the accommodation that we have selected for you, we will do everything we can to find you more suitable accommodation. Rfunds in this case will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING
We will offer you accommodations that are available for booking when we E-mail you this information. If in this intermediate period the accommodation that you choose is suddenly booked out, we will offer you the other accommodation options of a similar standard and location. Due to specifics of the internal transportation system, there are time limits for booking domestic train tickets. Domestic air tickets usually can be booked within 30 days prior to the flight, though some airlines can be booked earlier. Please, check with us. Domestic train tickets can be booked within 42 days prior to the train trip. Earlier bookings for domestic train tickets are not available.
Inquires are processed upon reception of on-line request forms or e-mailed letters. We aim to answer your enquiry as soon as possible, and no more than 24 hours from the moment your message is received, if not on a week-end or holiday. Messages received on week-ends or holidays are processed the first working day after. It is advisable to start making travel arrangements earlier than 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival to Ukraine.
Access Crimea is fully responsible for completing bookings in an accurate and timely manner and guarantees the delivery of services and costs according to the invoiced amount. Access Crimea has no control over the standards or quality of services provided by hotels and transport agents as well as booked train cancellations or delays and is therefore not responsible for providing refunds under these circumstances. It is the client’s responsibility to make all connections on time with regards to transportation. The cost of any additional bus or rail tickets due to the client missing a connection must be borne by the client. Access Crimea is not responsible for courier service delays or non-deliveries. Access Crimea liability is limited by the courier services’ liabilities, their service terms and conditions. We do our best to provide accurate information on hotels and transport amenities and quality. Whilst AccessCrimea does all that it can to ensure the quality and security of its accommodations, it is not responsible for any problems that lead to physical injury or loss of belongings. In the unlikely event of a hotel or flat been double booked upon your arrival, our liability is limited to finding and booking you another hotel room or flat of a similar standard and location within the day of your arrival.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
All booking data, including credit card information, is kept confidential and is not disclosed to the third parties. Please note, inquiries made by third parties about your bookings will not be answered. If you wish to have someone follow up your bookings on your behalf, please inform us about his/her name and e-mail address in advance.
HOTEL BOOKING FEES
Most hotels give AccessCrimea a discount, which enables us to offer them to you at the cost price of a hotel. However a small amount of hotels choose not to give us a discount. In this case we charge a one off booking fee of $20.
